- An Audit of your current policies and procedures to ascertain compliance with current legislation.
- Tailor-made Contracts of Employment and Employee Handbook to reflect your Company's Terms and Conditions of Employment and Policies and Procedures.
- Your own Personnel manual that includes advice and documentation to help you handle matters such as recruitment, absence, performance appraisal and disciplinary action.
- Telephone advice-line to a Consultant for help dealing will employment issues, including writing or reviewing letters.
- On-site visits where appropriate.
- Preparation and negotiations for up to a maximum of three Compromise Agreements.
- Free Employment Law training.
- Access to a dedicated client website area.
This service is subject to a fee plus VAT at the current rate. The fee is scale based on the number of employees and client location.
As an option, a Telephone only Employment Law Service is also available where again the fee is subject to VAT, the number of staff employed and the client location.
