Our claims department employs some of the most experienced claims negotiators, outside the insurer and loss adjusting arenas, and assist clients in presenting claims to loss adjusters and insurance companies.

We have a very simple aim, when a client has a claim; we handle it quickly, professionally, and equitably.

For major losses we operate a 24 hour service by our own personnel.

We arrange interim payments on large losses, and attend meetings with loss adjusters and or the insurers.

It is not unusual for large fleets and housing associations to have to administer high volume claims, where this is evident; we will provide assistance and solutions to mitigate the burden.

Experience tells us that those who prepare in advance and utilise Disaster Recover Plans (DRP's) have a considerable advantage in getting their businesses up and running following a catastrophe. We are happy to provide you with the support required to create a plan.
